We hold a limited number of building lots within Deerhurst Highlands, a short walk from the golf course. Because no two lots share the same grade, tree line, or outlook, no two homes we build here are alike. Each is designed to the site it stands on.

I have my own lot

If you already hold the land, inland acreage or a stretch of Muskoka shoreline, we design and build the home that belongs on it. We act as our own general contractor throughout, which means the people who draw the plans are the same people who lay the foundation and hand you the keys.

Purchase a lot from us and the home that follows is designed specifically for it: its slope, its tree cover, its light. Once your lot is secured, construction runs at approximately $715 per square foot, a figure we hold to by pricing the build as we design it, so the number in your contract still matches the drawings on the table.

Consult

We begin with your lot, your budget, and your list of non-negotiables, and leave you with a clear sense of what is actually achievable.

Design

Plans, elevations, and finish selections, developed with pricing attached at every stage, so the drawings and the number never drift apart.

Build

Our own crews on site, weekly progress reports, and a single project manager who answers for the build from groundbreaking to completion.

Handover

A full walkthrough, Tarion registration, and a warranty line that puts you in touch with the people who actually built your home.

Areas we build

We build across Muskoka from our home base on Lake of Bays. Most of our work is in and around Huntsville, Dwight, Dorset, Baysville, and Bracebridge, including our own lots at Deerhurst Highlands.

On the water, we build on Lake of Bays, Lake Rosseau, Lake Joseph, and the smaller lakes between them. If your lot is further out, toward Parry Sound or elsewhere in cottage country, ask us. Odds are we already build near you.
